Tangsel Education Agency Opens Centralized SPMB 2026 Post for Information and Online Registration Assistance
Tangsellife.com - The Tangerang Selatan City Education and Culture Office (Dindikbud) has opened a centralized service post for the 2026 New Student Admission System (SPMB) at the Dindikbud Tangsel office. This post began operating when the registration phase opened and will serve the public until the entire student admission process is completed.
Secretary of Dindikbud Tangsel, Billy Sukarsana, stated that the post was established to assist the public in obtaining information and resolving various obstacles during the registration process.
“The centralized post at our office provides three main services,” said Billy, Tuesday (23/6/2026).
Three Main Services of the SPMB Post
Billy explained that the 2026 SPMB post has three main services. First, it provides complete information regarding the technical guidelines (juknis) for SPMB 2026. Second, it assists the public who experience difficulties accessing the registration system, as the entire process is conducted online. Third, it provides guidance on the completeness and required documents for prospective students.
According to him, this post is expected to be a center of assistance for parents and students who encounter problems during the registration process.
Officers and Hotline Services Prepared
The service post is open every day during the SPMB phase. Dindikbud Tangsel also prepares four to five service officers daily, including hotline officers and one personnel assigned as a liaison with all educational units in Tangsel City.

Obstacles Still Dominated by Digital Access
Billy admitted that, based on previous years' experiences, the biggest obstacle in implementing SPMB is the online registration process. Not all members of the public are accustomed to using digital systems, thus still requiring assistance.
“Now we are purely using an online system. Meanwhile, not all Tangsel residents are accustomed to using these digital media,” he explained.
In addition, the limited capacity of public schools also remains a major challenge in the new student admission process in Tangsel City.
Hopes of Dindikbud Tangsel
Through this centralized post, Dindikbud Tangsel hopes that the public can obtain clearer information, adequate assistance, and ease in resolving various administrative obstacles during the 2026 SPMB process.
