Dinar Candy has finally moved into her new luxury home in BSD, South Tangerang, which has been under construction since the Covid-19 pandemic. The 1,100 square meter residence cost around Rp20 billion and features three floors with different functions, ranging from a relaxation area, a gathering room, to a private space. Dinar admitted to choosing BSD for its pleasant and comfortable environment, and emphasized that a simple lifestyle is the key to her success in realizing this dream home.
Tangsellife.com – DJ and celebrity Dinar Candy has finally moved into the luxurious house she built since the Covid-19 pandemic. The magnificent residence, located in the BSD area, South Tangerang, is said to have cost up to Rp20 billion.
The house stands on a land area of approximately 1,100 square meters. Dinar revealed that most of the cost was used for land purchase and the physical construction of the house, while the remainder was allocated for interior needs.
According to Dinar, the construction project for her dream house began during the pandemic. At that time, she chose to invest her income to pay the down payment and continue the construction process gradually until it was completed.
The three-story residence has a concept specially designed with her younger brother, Beni, who is entrusted with handling the interior design.
On the first floor, Dinar has prepared a lounge area that will later be equipped with a billiard table and a garden. Meanwhile, the second floor functions as a gathering area with family and friends, complete with a swimming pool and a spacious dining room.
The third floor is Dinar's private area. In this section, the three available bedrooms are combined into one large room consisting of a master bedroom and a wardrobe room.
The owner, whose real name is Dinar Miswari, admitted that this house in BSD is her third residence. She chose the BSD area because it offers a more comfortable, green, and less crowded environment compared to several other areas in Jabodetabek.
Nevertheless, Dinar admitted that her house's location is quite far from several filming locations that are often the places for her work activities.
Behind the luxury of the house she now occupies, Dinar emphasized that she is not someone who likes to splurge on consumptive goods. She admitted that she prefers to shop according to her needs, especially to support her work in the entertainment world.
According to her, the habit of managing finances wisely is one of the factors that enabled her to realize her dream house worth tens of billions of rupiah.
